About: Clement has never been top of his class, but ever since he learned how, he’s been vying for the position of teacher’s pet with the best of them. You don’t have to be particularly brilliant to get through life, he’s discovered. You just have to talk to the right people and be the student to bring finished homework and an apple to class when everyone else skips. His magical talents aren’t sub par, however -- he can cast a fairly mean spell. Clement is particularly good at Transfiguration, and is always looking for new ways to put his talent to use. As far as personality goes, Clement is a fairly easy guy to get along with. He’s polite to his elders and nice enough to those who he considers friends. He can be nasty to people he’s got an issue with, though, and isn’t anyone’s doormat. Clement considers other schools to be sub par compared to his. Clement isn't the best friend to have -- you'll never know if he secretly hates you or not.

About: Hans is the kind of boy to see what he wants and go for it no matter what might be in his way. He knows who he is and what he wants, but he hates sugar-coating things. If he doesn’t like a teacher or another student, they’ll know it. In fact, he might actually tell them directly to their face how he feels. Hans has a fair flair for wandwork, but he’s miserable at written exams, and would fail his classes if a classmate didn’t occasionally take pity on him. Despite some of his lesser qualities, Hans is fairly honest, and doesn't often look down on people unless they've proven themselves to be truly idiotic.

Extra about: Clement and Hans Erwan have never met face to face, and don’t intend to do so any time soon. Actually, they don’t even know that one another exists other than the obligatory warning of, ‘If you meet someone from that school with your surname, hex them.’ from their parents. Silas and Matthias Erwans were brothers and the grandfathers of Clement and Hans. They were never on the best of terms, and when Silas went off to France and married a muggle, the two brothers parted on less than friendly terms. Ever since then, they’ve had a bit of a long-distance feud going on that all members of the family happily participate in. Silas's son turned out to be a Squib, and also married a muggle.
